PageCraft privacy notice

PageCraft is a Forge app for Confluence Cloud. It exposes Rovo / custom-agent actions that create or update rich Confluence pages (status, panels, mentions) as the signed-in user. This notice describes what is processed and stored.

Who processes data

The app runs on Atlassian Forge. Actions run as the user (`asUser`). There is no remotes entry and no egress to hktx-operated hosts.

Data read from Atlassian products, not copied off-site

Space and page metadata needed to create or update a page; mention account ids supplied in the action payload. The user confirms the write in Rovo before create.

What this app does not do

No analytics or advertising cookies of its own
No hktx-operated backend; publisher is 汇科天下 (hktx.cn)
Does not call Confluence restriction APIs
Does not write until the user confirms in the agent UI

Retention

Config and status overwrite on save. Uninstall removes Forge app storage for that installation. Confluence/Jira content remains under the customer’s retention.
