MeetingAction privacy notice

MeetingAction is a Forge app for Confluence Cloud and Jira Cloud. It extracts action items and decisions from a Confluence meeting page and creates Jira work items, with an optional meeting-source panel on the issue. This notice describes what is processed and stored.

Who processes data

The app runs on Atlassian Forge with Forge LLM (Claude) for AI extract. There is no remotes entry and no egress to hktx-operated hosts. Atlassian hosts the functions, UI, storage, and LLM.

Data read from Atlassian products, not copied off-site

Meeting page title and body (as the current user), Jira project/issue-type/field metadata, assignee candidates from display-name match, and issue create/update responses. Demo extract never calls a model.

What this app does not do

No analytics or advertising cookies of its own
No hktx-operated backend; publisher is 汇科天下 (hktx.cn)
No training of models on customer content outside Atlassian Forge LLM
Does not create Jira issues until the user confirms the selection

Retention

Config and status overwrite on save. Uninstall removes Forge app storage for that installation. Confluence/Jira content remains under the customer’s retention.
