IntakeGuide privacy notice

IntakeGuide（录入向导）is a Forge app for Jira Cloud. This notice describes what the app handles and what it does not do.

Who processes data

The app runs on Atlassian Forge inside the customer’s Jira Cloud site. Codeland does not operate a separate server for this app. There are no remotes and no egress to Codeland hosts.

The customer is the data controller for Jira content. Codeland processes data only as the Forge app running in that site.

Data the app handles

To show the guide and create one issue, the app reads as the signed-in user:

• Projects that user can create issues in
• Issue types and create-screen fields for the chosen project and type
• The account id chosen in a required user field

Typed field values are sent to Jira’s create-issue API as that user. Jira stores the issue. IntakeGuide does not write Forge app storage and does not keep a copy of summary, description, or other field values after the create call returns.

What this app does not do

• No analytics, advertising, or cookies of its own
• No Codeland sub-processors beyond Atlassian (Forge + Jira)
• No Marketplace license / user-count export in this version
• No logging of field values or PII; failed resolvers record an error name only (intakeguide.resolver_failed:<ErrorName>)

Forge platform logs are operated by Atlassian and may contain invocation errors.

Retention and requests

The app retains nothing after the create call returns. Issues remain under the customer’s Jira retention. Access and deletion requests for that content go to the site administrator.

Uninstalling the app leaves no Codeland-retained copy (there was none to retain).
